The Ochoa family has been linked to the wine of Navarre since the fourteenth century. Specifically, Mayor Ochoa de Ayanz’s wine was very appreciated by kings Charles II and Charles III.
Bodegas Ochoa has been working for over six centuries, thus being one of the oldest wine producers in Navarre.
The origin of our current wine cellar dates back to 1845, a date etched in stone at the old cellar. The current Navarra Wine Museum is situated at the old house belonging to Fausto Ochoa.
The Ochoa wine has jumped from the Old Kingdom consolidating itself at the national and international markets, maintaining the rigorous tradition and applying the innovation that the present time requires.
Ochoa is a family cellar, modern and proud of its history.
