For the second year running, Bodegas Ochoa is to take part in ‘Enofusión’, the wine section of the ‘Madrid Fusión’ gastronomy congress.

Visitors will have the chance to taste the wines produced by the Olite winemaker in the ‘Enobar’ and on Thursday the 26th, Javier Ochoa and his daughter Beatriz are to take part in the tasting session ‘Sweet Wines of Spain’.

Bodegas Ochoa will be present at ‘Enofusión’ (www.enofusion.com), the section that the international gastronomy congress (www.madridfusion.net) devotes to the world of wine, for the second year running. ‘Enofusión’, now in its second year, has already become an international point of reference for quality wines.

Bodegas Ochoa   During the congress, which is to be held from the 24th to the 26th of January, visitors will have the chance to taste the wines produced by the Olite winemaker in the ‘Enobar’, an open tasting area. Two of its wines will be available there: ‘Rosado de Lágrima’  and ‘8 A Mil Gracias’. Javier Ochoa and his daughter Beatriz will also be taking part in the tasting session “Sweet Wines of Spain”, which brings the ‘Enofusión’ congress to a close on Thursday the 26th. Sweet wines of all the different varieties produced in Spain will be presented at this tasting session: Moscato, Moscatel, Malvasía and Pedro Ximénez. The winemakers Gonzáles Byass and Bodegas Stratvs will be taking part alongside Bodegas Ochoa. Bodegas Ochoa will present its wines ‘Vino Dulce de Moscatel’ and ‘Moscato de Ochoa, MdO’.
