Ochoa accompanies the restaurant Enekorri in the workshop "Entre Fogones" |

Last thursday 18th of February, Bodegas Ochoa participated in the workshop "Entre Fogones" of the Spanish organization Red-accion Cocina in the prestigious restaurant Enekorri in Pamplona.
During this workshop, the 40 attendees visited each section in groups of 8, where they received the explanation of the Ochoa wines and of the dishes to be served afterwards.
In the Bodegas Ochoa section, Adriana y Javier made a "blind tasting" with opaque black glasses. Attendees had to guess which type and style of wine was, awakening all senses in the activity.
Javier and Adriana Ochoa arrived to the restaurant with some calcareous stones from the vineyard finca La Pedrera in Traibuenas, as a representation of the soil. Of course, there was a good selection of wines to taste and enjoy with the food prepared by Enekorri.
