Ochoa winner of 2 MEDALS in the 14th BERLINER WEIN TROPHY 2010 |

The International Contest‘Berliner Wein Trophy’, has awarded Bodegas Ochoa with two medals for the reds Garnacha & Tempranillo 2008 and the crianza Tempranillo 2006. This contest benefits from the sponsorship of the OIV and the recognition of the Senate in Berlin and EU.
Ochoa Garnacha and Tempranillo received a Gold Medal whilst the red Ochoa Crianza Tempranillo 2006 was awarded with a Silver Medal.
The former has been given a Gold Medal for consecutive year by this prestigious contest. During 4 days, the international jury tasted 3850 still and sparkling wines from all over the world. Only 30% of the wines were awarded with the demanded medals.
Ochoa Garnacha and Tempranillo 2008 is a young red wine perfect for every occasion, with the best quality. The elegance and fine tannins come from the Tempranillo grapes while the red fruit aromas are from the Garnacha grapes.
Ochoa Tempranillo 2006 is a crianza made from grapes from our vineyard
Santa Cruz . It is a red wine with structure that received 12 months in American oak, ideal with many dishes.
