Bodegas Ochoa’s shop and tasting room.
With a bit of wit and enthusiasm it is possible to organize a small home cellar where you can hoard the bottles chosen according to your own taste. In order to keep the wines intact, they require silence, to be in half-light and with a cool temperature.

The most important thing is to protect the bottles from the big temperature fluctuations. To keep a personal cellar is enough to have an isolated room where the temperature fluctuates between 12 and 18 degrees centigrade.

Useful advice:

-Put the bottles horizontal to keep the stoppers moist.
-Protect the bottles from the sunbeam.
-Avoid shaking the bottles before the uncorking.
-Wait for some weeks before start drinking the bottles of the cellar.
-It is better to renew a wine prematurely than leave them make old.
-Follow up the development of the wine and consume it before the first sign of weakness appear.
